SilkPeel Facial Infusion
The SilkPeel is a skin treatment device that simultaneously exfoliates and suctions away dead skin cells, while applying customized serums to treat specific skin conditions. The SilkPeel facial uses a diamond-tipped or vortex-tipped wand, which cleanses and exfoliates the skin. The tip is coarse but the level of coarseness is selected and customised to suit your skin type. Gentle tips are employed for treatment on lips and around the eyes—these are often missed by other exfoliation treatments because of their delicate nature. To begin the SilkPeel procedure, the specialist will cleanse the face to remove any make-up, oil, dirt, or other debris that has accumulated on the skin. Next, the SilkPeel hand piece will be moved along the treatment area, focusing on specific areas of interest if necessary. The tip of the hand piece creates a closed-loop vacuum suction with the skin, lifting the skin for extraction and abrasion by the recessed exfoliating diamond tip.
